UConn point guard A.J. Price sat out Friday's practice due to a bruised iris in his right eye.

He is expected to play Saturday against Indiana at the Hartford Civic Center but not start. UConn coach Jim Calhoun said Friday that Doug Wiggins will start in place of Price.

Price had his eye examined before Friday's practice. The sophomore guard sustained the injury against St. John's.
